Maja's relaxing music, voice and clear instructions made having my period far more relaxing. I felt as though I just drifted away each day and left all of my stresses and strains behind. I would most definitely also use this program during periods of worry as a mindful exercise. I am so glad I signed up to try pillow yoga for your period I will most definitely be practising this each and every month. Thank you Maja

The yoga classes were just what I needed, perfect before bed and I loved how it helped me reconnect with myself and my menstrual cycle. Maja is a really warm, loving person, which is something that really conveys through the course! I 100% reccomend investing into this course!
